CloudDevs is a US-based technical talent marketplace that helps companies hire developers and designers from Latin America. Its platform connects employers with a network of more than 500,000 candidates across experience levels and technical specialties, with talent matched to US time zones and often available to start within 24 hours. CloudDevs supports several hiring models, including freelance engagements, full-time recruitment, direct hires, and dedicated teams, with flexible arrangements and no minimum commitment for freelance hires.

The company’s services also include LATAM outsourcing and nearshoring, LLM training data work such as SFT, RLHF, and DPO, and assistance with payroll, local tax, legal compliance, HR, and benefits. Candidates undergo communication and attitude checks, technical assessments, and monitored coding challenges. Employers can browse specialists in areas such as Python, JavaScript, React, AI and machine learning, mobile development, data science, DevOps, and UX/UI design. CloudDevs states that its rates are all-inclusive, with payment due after a hire, and offers a seven-day risk-free guarantee on assigned talent.
