About Hiria Aorangi
Kia ora! I'm Hiria, the founding owner of Korowai by Hiria. As a Māori fashion designer and mother of three, I am dedicated to reclaiming my culture through Korowaitanga. Our contemporary korowai are designer-made, heirloom quality garments designed to be passed down to future generations.
Each Korowai is infused with mana, weaving together the support of your whānau, the journey of life, and the beauty of Tikanga Māori. Our designs hold space, command attention, and celebrate Māori excellence. From Kids Kākahu to Adult Kākahu, our collections offer custom designs in a range of colors.
