It helps candidates identify suitable openings, prepare application materials, and complete online forms while keeping control over each submission. The platform discovers roles from real job boards and ranks them with readable A–G scores, including factors such as role, remote status, skills, and seniority. Users can review why a position matches before deciding whether to pursue it.

For each selected job, hirly can tailor a resume and cover letter to the posting. Its Chrome extension fills forms on supported applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday, as well as other listed platforms. Candidates can edit and review the completed form, then submit it themselves. Alternatively, they may enable autonomous submission for a specific job, but only with their consent; hirly says it does not submit applications without permission or invent unanswered information.
