Hitfit Boxing

Hitfit Boxing is a boxing and fitness gym based at 131 Greenway Road in Greenside, Johannesburg. Built for beginners, regular gym-goers and aspiring competitors alike, it uses combat sports to make exercise engaging, varied and confidence-building. The gym’s approach combines movement, nutrition, recovery and a positive mindset, with a welcoming, no-ego environment and qualified coaches, including championship-level coaching.

Members can choose group classes in boxing, Muay Thai and weights, with sessions for different schedules and experience levels. The weekly timetable also includes kids’ classes and ladies-only Muay Thai. For more individual guidance, Hitfit offers personal training, along with coaching in fitness and practical nutrition. Membership options range from one or two group classes per week to unlimited classes, with discounts for longer commitments.

New visitors can book an introductory boxing session and contact the team by WhatsApp to confirm a time. Hitfit presents the first session as free, with its website noting that a R200 trial charge is refunded when a visitor signs up for a monthly membership.
