We have also established a permanent hotline contact number and email address for immediate assistance and a complaint management system. To cater to the specific needs of female victims, our hotline is managed exclusively by female officers, ensuring a comfortable and open environment for communication. We are privileged to have the support and collaboration of national-level organizations, including the Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Response Team (SLCERT), TechCERT, Sri Lanka Police, and various individuals, such as counselors, legal advisors, and members of ISOC-LK and LKDR. Since its inception in January 2014, Hithawathi has helped over 5,100 victims and welcomed over 5,800 website visitors.
