Hitmarker

Hitmarker is a career platform focused on jobs across the games, esports, content and media industries. Since 2017, it has connected candidates with verified opportunities from studios, esports organisations, agencies and teams working with creators. Job seekers can search roles by category, explore listings from multiple sources, and use industry-specific filters to find relevant openings. They can also save jobs and searches, set daily alerts, and create a Hitmarker Profile that showcases their experience and skills for sharing with studios.

For employers, Hitmarker provides a hiring dashboard for posting and promoting vacancies, building an employer brand, and managing candidates, feedback and hiring stages. The platform also offers tools such as an applicant tracking system, AI matching and hiring automation. Job posting is promoted as free through 31 December 2026, with listings distributed across Hitmarker and other platforms. In addition to recruitment services, Hitmarker features career resources and opportunities such as game design bootcamps covering systems design, prototyping and game writing, with workshops, portfolio projects and interview preparation.
