Hitramat AS is Norway's leading and Europe's largest processor of taskekrabbe (king crab). With certification according to FSSC 22000, the company employs up to 180 employees during peak season. Located at Hitra Fiskerihavn, Hitramat processes up to 4,500 tons of crab from June to November at its production facility on Kuøya.
