Hive Seeker

Hive Seeker is a youth-focused support organisation founded by best friends Sofia and Caitlin, built around the belief that people grow stronger through connection. It creates welcoming opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop life skills, form friendships and feel a sense of belonging. Its programs are open to young people with or without NDIS funding.

Services include personalised one-to-one support tailored to each person’s goals, as well as group activities that encourage social connection and community participation. Hive Connect offers fortnightly Sunday outings to explore places and meet others, while Hive After Dark hosts fortnightly Friday evening activities such as live music, sports and food outings. Hive Striders brings participants together each Monday for outdoor fitness adventures, including walks, hikes, canoeing, climbing and team games.

Hive Seeker also provides individualised transport through BeeWay, helping people travel to appointments, work, programs, social activities and community destinations. With an inclusive, community-focused approach, its team supports customers with both short-term needs and longer-term goals, while promoting independence, dignity and meaningful relationships.
