About Hiveum
Hiveum is a remote management platform for condominium intercom systems and access control, designed to make property administration more convenient, connected, and secure. Its web platform lets managers and installers oversee key functions from a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone, reducing the need for on-site visits. Users can manage residents’ telephone directories, organize entries by apartment or building block, adjust call order, and save changes in the cloud.
For access control, Hiveum supports managing passwords and tags, assigning schedules, and reviewing access activity. The platform also provides equipment status information, mobile signal and carrier details, firmware data, and the ability to send commands remotely. Intelligent alerts can notify users about communication failures or suspected unauthorized access, while event reports offer filters for reviewing intercom and access-control activity.
A notice board allows managers and installers to share updates with residents through the app. Hiveum works alongside Pináculo’s intercom and access-control products, including its BRAVO panel line, to support a connected condominium management system
