Hong Kong Technology Advancement Group, also known as HKtag, is a non-profit organization that focuses on education in Information & Technology and nurtures local students and startups in Hong Kong. Their mission is to enhance the development of innovation and technology in the city by providing recommendations and insights on emerging solutions. HKtag works closely with the government, industry, and academic bodies to consolidate opinions and insights, offering consultancy advice to promote best practices in using the latest technologies and providing technical solutions to the general public and media.

Founded by Eddie Cheung and Sandra Leung, who have extensive experience in marketing, project management, and technology development, HKtag is supported by advisors such as Hugh Chow, Prof. Stephen Kai-yi Wong, Ir. Alfred Sit Wing-hang, and Caspar Tsui.
