香港中小型企業總商會始創於一九九六年七月，是一個非牟利的工商社團。本會主要服務對象包括：各行各業之中小型企業東主、提供專業服務的人仕及從事中小型企業研究的學者等。 本會代表及維護香港中小型企業之權益，團結各中小型企業之東主，一起爭取更佳的經營環境、並為會員拓展網絡，製造商機及致力提高企業管理質素及生產力，以增強自身競爭力。 本會經常舉行不同類形的活動，以滿足會員之需要。包括向會員搜集並向政府反映有關中小型企業政策的意見、舉辦學術座談及研討會、組織各類業務考察團、舉行各行類型展覽、康樂及聯誼活動、出版會訊等。 本會誠意邀請所有中小型企業加入我們之行列，以達到凝聚力量，共同進步的目標。
