香港雙節棍總會成立於2009年。於2020年正式被納入成為世界雙節棍總會(香港分會) WNA(HKNA)。同時亦是中國香港特別行政區政府，唯一官方資助及認可的雙節棍運動總會。世界雙節棍總會香港分會前身飛翔香港雙節棍藝術協會於2009年2月3日創立，香港雙節棍總會於2016-08-25成立，為了更全面普及地推廣雙節棍運動文化，因而發展出世界雙節棍總會（香港分會），讓香港更邁向國際，接軌世界雙節棍總會(WNA)運動發展。香港雙節棍總會與世界雙節棍總會（香港分會）由同一團隊致力發展，互相認證其機構組織的雙節棍考核系統，發展模式，推廣活動，技術教育，教練培訓與各類比賽都是一脈相承。 香港雙節棍總會與世界雙節棍總會（香港分會）皆由本會- 聯會主席 劉萬梁先生帶領推動，並希望能再下一城在香港推廣此項新興-雙節棍運動及文化藝術。

Hong Kong Nunchaku Association (HKNA) promotes nunchaku as a sport, cultural practice and performance art in Hong Kong. Established in 2009, it became the Hong Kong branch of the World Nunchaku Association in 2020. The organisation describes itself as Hong Kong’s only government-recognised and funded nunchaku sports association, and as the World Nunchaku Association’s sole official organisation in the region.
HKNA and the World Nunchaku Association Hong Kong branch are led by the same team and share aligned systems for assessments, development, education, coach training, promotion and competitions. Their work aims to broaden participation and connect Hong Kong’s nunchaku community with international development.
The association offers courses and private lessons, and provides information about its training system, examinations and coaches. Its activities also include competitions, performances, events and collaborations. Through instruction and community engagement, HKNA promotes the values of respect, appreciation, attentiveness, resilience, self-confidence, self-discipline, responsibility and sharing. It also shares information about nunchaku history, achievements and media appearances.
