About HKPAWS
Hong Kong Paws Foundation (HK Paws) is a Hong Kong registered animal welfare society dedicated to raising awareness about animal welfare issues. Our mission is to reduce the mistreatment and abandonment of dogs and cats in Hong Kong through our various initiatives.
Operating on a 100% voluntary basis, HK Paws works closely with local animal shelters, providing financial aid, animal care consultation, and rehoming services since 2005. In March 2011, our Foundation was formally established and registered as an animal welfare society.
With a strong network of dedicated volunteers and partner organizations, we are ready to take our services to a higher level and expand our outreach to the wider community. In recognition of our efforts, HK Paws has been endorsed as a Hong Kong charity organization by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, and donations of HK$100 or more are tax deductible.
