Founded in 1977 and now operating as a fully-funded professional theater company by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, 香港話劇團 (Hong Kong Repertory Theatre) is Hong Kong's oldest and largest theater troupe. With a dedicated team of over 80 full-time professionals, including artists, administrators, and technical crew, the company has produced over 400 theater productions, establishing themselves as a leader in the local theater scene. Their mission is to create and develop high-quality, innovative, and diverse productions comprising classic international and local works.
