Hlas pacientů

Hlas onkologických pacientů, known as HOP, is a Czech association representing people affected by cancer and those close to them. Its work focuses on helping patients maintain a good quality of life despite illness and ensuring that their perspectives are heard in discussions about cancer care. The association provides guidance through the patient journey, including information on cancer diagnoses, care and related legal matters. Patients can also arrange a free consultation with the HOP Centre.

HOP shares educational materials and practical resources, and publishes updates on topics affecting patients, such as access to treatment and the organisation of specialist care. Its activities include projects, public awareness campaigns, events and opportunities for patients and supporters to meet. The organisation also works with members and partners, and makes documents available for download, including materials for the media. Through these services and initiatives, HOP aims to support patients and their families while contributing to informed discussion and improvements in the care and support available to people living with cancer.
