HLE Drones is a drone-focused business built around its vision to help, lead, and educate the next generation of drone entrepreneurs and pilots. It supports customers entering specialized markets with equipment, software, training, and practical guidance. Through its Drone Deer Recovery offering, HLE Drones provides thermal drones, an online mapping platform, and education for people who want to start a thermal drone business and help hunters locate lost game. The platform helps hunters find pilots, while training is available through videos and live events for beginners and experienced operators.

HLE Drones also serves the agricultural sector through nuWay Ag. Its offerings include agricultural drones and purpose-built trailers designed for row-crop spraying, along with coaching and educational resources to help pilots get started. The company draws on its own experience using the drones it sells, aiming to make equipment selection and setup more approachable. Across both areas, HLE Drones combines products and services to help customers develop drone operations, build skills, and pursue opportunities in thermal recovery or agricultural spraying.
