Hrvatska ljekarnička komora, based in Zagreb, is an independent professional organization and public authority representing pharmacists in the Republic of Croatia and abroad. Membership is open to pharmacists who have passed the state professional exam and hold a degree in pharmacy from a recognized Croatian university. As compulsory members, pharmacists who work in health services and practice pharmaceutical activities are issued a license by the Chamber, which requires them to engage in continuing professional development.

The Chamber's main duty is to represent and protect the interests, honor, reputation, and rights of pharmacists, while maintaining discipline within the profession and professional activities. Additionally, the Chamber carries out various public authorized activities such as keeping registers of pharmacists and pharmacies, issuing licenses for independent work, and providing expert supervision over pharmaceutical workers. The Chamber also enacts ethical codes, participates in the preparation of regulations, and provides protection for citizens in accessing quality pharmaceutical services.
