Heaven Man Earth Taijiquan offers Taiji Quan and Taiji Gong instruction in France with Julien Desbordes, a certified Heaven Man Earth instructor and student of Adam Mizner. Classes and events are available in Lyon, the Vallée d’Azergues, Avignon, Rennes and Toulouse, with formats suited to different schedules and ways of practising. Options include regular weekly classes, multi-session courses, day and weekend cycles, small-group workshops, residential retreats and practice groups.

The programme is presented as an intensive, hands-on approach to internal arts, focused on developing relaxation, attention, body connection and movement through demanding practice. Participants describe Julien’s teaching as technically precise, attentive and adaptable, combining high standards with patience and humour. The website helps visitors explore activities by city and type, try classes, and find information about prices and registration.

It also features articles, testimonials and information about the Heaven Man Earth approach and teaching. Alongside local classes, residential events provide opportunities for immersive practice in a group setting
