HModa is an Italian luxury manufacturing group established in 2017 to bring together leading specialist businesses serving fashion and luxury brands. Its industrial model combines the expertise of independent companies while supporting their long-term sustainability and growth. The group offers a vertically integrated manufacturing platform, with capabilities spanning 11 product categories and a network of 200 supply-chain workshops. Its member companies include Manrico, Fustellificio Toscano, Project, Puntoart, Emmetierre, Arca, Dema, Alinea, Taglionetto, Rilievi, Seriscreen and Valmor.

Rather than focusing on a single consumer label, HModa provides manufacturing expertise and services to luxury brands, drawing on the specialist skills and local heritage of its businesses. It promotes collaboration across the group, invests in member companies and works alongside their entrepreneurs on development projects. HModa describes its approach as independent and Italian, with an emphasis on preserving craftsmanship and production quality. The group reports 19 companies and around 2,400 people, with revenue of €300 million in 2025. It also supports its workforce through ongoing professional development and training.
