About HMS-System
HMS-System is an all-in-one IT monitoring and helpdesk platform for managed service providers and IT departments. Its dashboard brings client infrastructure and support tools together, helping teams oversee systems and assist users without switching between separate services. The platform monitors hardware, physical and virtual servers running Windows, Linux, and macOS, networks, websites, and TCP services.
Real-time sensors track CPU, GPU, disks, fans, voltages, and S. M. A.
R. T. data, while system logs, uptime checks, proactive alerts, and predictive analysis help identify issues.
It also supports SNMP monitoring for devices such as printers, NAS units, switches, and UPS systems, and integrates with TP-Link Omada Wi-Fi. Technicians can connect to client computers through a browser-based remote helpdesk, manage tickets, company records, schedules, and securely shared passwords, and receive alerts through an installable PWA. HMS-System offers European-hosted infrastructure and an on-premise appliance option, with encrypted sensitive data and multi-factor authentication.
