HMS is a cloud-based hotel management system developed in Denizli by Tasarım Rehberi since 2010. Used by more than 1,000 properties, it brings front-desk operations, reservations, housekeeping, cash management, reporting and other hotel tasks together in one panel. The browser-based platform requires no installation and is accessible on computers, tablets and phones, with iOS and Android apps also available.

HMS combines a hotel program with a channel manager, synchronizing availability and reservations across services such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, Airbnb and Hotelbeds to help prevent overbooking. Its commission-free online booking feature supports direct reservations through a property’s website. The system also automates guest identity notifications to police and gendarmerie, and offers guest communications through scheduled SMS and email. Additional features include competitor rate analysis, guest Wi-Fi, and tools for accounting, inventory and staff incentives. All modules are included in one subscription, alongside training and technical support. Pricing is based on room count, starting at €88 per month for properties with 1–10 rooms.
