About Хочу к своим
The "Хочу к своим" project is a government initiative aimed at facilitating the return of Ukrainians imprisoned in Russia under specific conditions related to the repatriation of convicted collaborators. Managed by the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, this endeavor collaborates closely with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine.
The project publishes a public list of individuals convicted of state treason and collaboration who wish to relocate to Russia in exchange for the release of Ukrainian citizens. It provides a dedicated platform for individuals involved with the enemy to cease their activities and for citizens to anonymously report on hostile agents. Moreover, it offers options for Ukrainians desiring to live in Russia while managing their case through the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Through structured mechanisms and an ongoing informational campaign, "Хочу к своим" seeks to ensure transparency and uphold justice while addressing the complex realities of war.
