Хочу жить is a state-supported initiative by the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of War Prisoners in Ukraine, backed by the Ministry of Defense and the Main Intelligence Directorate. This project specifically assists military personnel from the Russian Federation and Belarus who choose to surrender voluntarily.
