Hockey Spectrum Agency

Spectrum Hockey Agency is a boutique sports management firm representing a select group of amateur and professional hockey players, with a particular focus on developing young German talent. Drawing on more than 25 years of combined experience, the agency provides personalized guidance throughout each athlete’s career, working closely with players, families, coaches, general managers, and scouts to identify the right opportunities and career path.

Its services include player representation and contract negotiation, career planning, and advice on choices such as junior hockey, North American opportunities, semi-professional play, or turning professional. Spectrum also supports athletes’ long-term development through summer camps and access to professional coaches, strength and conditioning specialists, mental coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists. Additional support covers community relations, legal and financial services, and planning for life after a playing career.

The agency emphasizes individualized development, ongoing communication, and care for players’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Its goal is to help athletes grow on and off the ice, make informed decisions, and reach their potential while building lasting relationships with them and their families.
