Hockey Mineur Lac-St-Jean Nord is a minor ice hockey organization serving the Dolbeau-Mistassini and Normandin area of northern Lac-Saint-Jean, Quebec. The league brings together three arenas: those in the Dolbeau and Mistassini sectors and the Normandin arena. Its programs introduce children to hockey from age four and support their development through different playing levels, allowing each child to progress at an appropriate pace.

During registration, families provide the required information, and the organization assigns each child to a suitable level. The league highlights hockey’s benefits for children, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular fitness, reflexes, agility, and opportunities to socialize and build friendships as part of a team. Coaches are described as committed to hockey and sports training.

The organization provides registration information, arena schedules, tournament details, rules, and contact and administrative resources through its website. Registration for the 2026–2027 season is open, and the site directs families to sign up online. Rooted in a local hockey tradition, Hockey Mineur Lac-St-Jean Nord connects young players with organized hockey across its three communities
