Hoefsmederij Hagedorn

Hoefsmederij Hagedorn is an independent farriery business founded in 2013 by Daan Hagedorn, a qualified farrier who trained at Groenhorst College in Barneveld and gained practical experience alongside other farriers. Serving horse owners across Flevoland, North Holland and Utrecht, the business works with a wide range of horses, including Shetland ponies, Friesians and KWPN horses. Its approach puts the horse’s health and the owner’s wishes first, with an emphasis on careful work, flexibility and a confident understanding of horses.

A fully equipped service vehicle allows Daan to work at a variety of locations. Services include trimming for €35, shoeing the front feet for €70, and shoeing all four feet for €100. Additional options include leather cushioning pads for €20, silicone sealant for €45, and stud holes for €5 per pair.

Hoefsmederij Hagedorn is available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a. m. to 9:00 p.
