Høreforeningen er en landsdækkende forening, som arbejder målrettet på at forbedre vilkårene for alle, som er ramt af høreproblemer eller sygdomme i øret. Vores mål er at sikre, at mennesker med nedsat hørelse, tinnitus og meniére samt døvblevne og CI-opererede får de bedst mulige vilkår for at kommunikere og deltage aktivt i samfundet.

About H
Høreforeningen, also known as the Danish Association of the Hard of Hearing, is dedicated to advocating for the interests of over 800,000 Danes who have sound and hearing disorders. With local branches in numerous Danish municipalities, the association works on both political and social levels to improve the conditions for individuals who are hard of hearing, have become deaf, undergone cochlear implantation, suffer from Tinnitus, Menière’s syndrome, or other sound and hearing disorders. Høreforeningen offers guidance, networking, and information to spread knowledge about ear diseases, sound and hearing disorders, and hearing aids.
Additionally, the association provides support to members in coping with their sound and hearing disorders. Recognizing the importance of preventing noise damage, Høreforeningen also actively works towards this goal.
