Hofgut Ashege is a modern organic farm located in Drensteinfurt-Rinkerode, about 15 kilometres south of Münster, Germany. The Bioland-certified business takes a holistic approach to ecological agriculture and keeps several traditional breeds, including Red Highland cattle, Coburger Fuchs sheep and Vorwerk chickens, as well as bees. Its farm products include organic beef and lamb, spirits, jams and jellies, honey, herb pesto, apple juice, applesauce, hay and haylage. A small craft collection offers items such as wooden boards, knives, sheepskins, cushions, handbags, iPad cases and aprons.

The farm also operates an active stable for horses, designed to support movement, social contact, care and opportunities for rest. Facilities include paddocks, pastures, feeding stations, an indoor riding arena, a gallop track, dressage arena, lunging circle and jumping areas. Hofgut Ashege provides riding opportunities, group housing for mares and geldings, integration for young horses, training, and a focus on prevention and equine health. Its work also includes breeding and young-horse development, with courses and rider seat-training sessions available.
