Hof Ter Biezen

Hof Ter Biezen is an equine rehabilitation centre in Poperinge, Belgium, focused on supporting horses’ physical wellbeing, recovery and fitness. Its services combine hands-on therapies with rehabilitation techniques and specialised equipment. Treatments include manual therapy, equine osteopathy, shiatsu and acupressure, myofascial release, taping, photonic red-light therapy, and heat and cold therapy. The centre also offers movement therapy, stretching, ultrasound, aromatherapy and energetic drops.

Rehabilitation support is available for horses recovering from a range of conditions, including OCD surgery, tendon injuries, fractures, and muscle or joint problems. Hof Ter Biezen uses tools such as a Vitafloor vibration platform and an Equery device with neuromuscular electrical stimulation technology. A distinctive feature is its swimming pool for horses, used both for rehabilitation and training. Swimming can support muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance and circulation.

The centre also provides sport coaching and sells premium products through its online shop. Hof Ter Biezen is led by Delphine Vandersarren, a qualified equine osteopath and recognised shiatsu and taping practitioner.
