Hola Vecino AC

Hola Vecino is a community-focused organization with more than 15 years of continuous experience supporting community activation. Its mission is to strengthen social connections by mobilizing local resources, establishing participatory governance, and creating tailored collaboration among residents, businesses, institutions, and public-sector actors. The organization guides people who want to improve existing places or create new ones in the city, helping communities identify shared priorities and turn them into collective action.

Hola Vecino offers services including neighborhood agenda development, training in social projects, activation of community spaces, neighborhood perception analysis, and participatory workshops. Its methodology progresses from a technical agenda informed by expert observation to a consensus-based agenda that encourages participation and guides community initiatives. The organization also provides the “El Kit del Vecino Prendido,” a free guide designed to help people begin taking action in their community.

Based in Valle Poniente, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico, Hola Vecino works with residential, commercial, institutional, educational, and government communities.
