About HolEdu
HolEdu is a non-formal holistic education NGO dedicated to promoting physical and mental health & wellbeing. Our approach is holistic, considering the interconnected nature of different aspects of health and wellbeing. Through seminars, events, and trips, we aim to provide students with a well-rounded education that prepares them to be engaged and responsible members of their communities, and to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Our educational programs and events include seminars on healthy lifestyles, stress management, physical fitness, emotional intelligence courses, yoga, meditation practices, and community-building events. Additionally, we offer trips to serene locations that promote wellness and self-care.
