Holger Hegermann

Holger Hegermann is an independent business consultant specializing in ambulatory care services and adult day-care providers. With more than 25 years of experience in the care sector, he combines strategic expertise with practical knowledge gained as a former managing partner and director of care businesses. From 2002 to 2024, he helped lead an ambulatory and day-care organization with more than 280 employees, building structures and improving processes while keeping people at the center of care.

Since 2024, Hegermann has advised care providers on strategic decisions, reimbursement negotiations and organizational development.
