Holistic Pelvic Care

Holistic Pelvic Care is a women’s health and wellness practice founded by Ngaire Jones, a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, Pilates Teacher, and Integrative Nutrition Coach. Its approach combines exercise therapy with feminine embodiment, recognizing that pelvic health is shaped by physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. The practice aims to help women address pain and dysfunction, build strength and confidence, and feel supported through different stages of life and motherhood.

Holistic Pelvic Care offers individual consultations and coaching, a 12-week pelvic rehabilitation program, group programs, and online courses. Its resources include the Pelvic Floor & Core Foundations Program, the No More Leaks mini-course, a free 10-minute body scan meditation, a guide to resolving incontinence, and a 28-day park workout challenge.
