Holistic Family Wellness

Holistic Family Wellness is a functional medicine practice serving Indianapolis and surrounding communities from the north side of the city. Led by owners and nurse practitioners Chad and Natalie Sperry, the practice offers patient-centered care focused on understanding potential root causes of symptoms and developing individualized treatment plans. Its approach includes listening carefully to patients, thorough assessments and physical evaluations, and in-office, on-site, and specialized laboratory testing.

Services listed by the practice include functional medicine, complete family care, pediatrics, hormone replacement therapy, nutritional IV therapy, aesthetics, weight management, sound healing, and RGCC cancer sensitivity testing. The clinic also provides on-site testing and says some lab work drawn in its office may be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement; it does not accept insurance for office visits or Medicare. Patients begin by booking an assessment, with the practice describing a process of evaluating progress and adjusting care plans over time. Holistic Family Wellness aims to help patients address concerns such as fatigue, brain fog, digestive discomfort, hormonal imbalance, and joint pain while supporting healthier daily living.
