Holly Residential Care Center is a family-owned and operated, round-the-clock residential care facility in Eugene, Oregon, serving adults with physical and cognitive challenges. With three generations of professional caregiving experience, the organization aims to provide a homelike environment centered on dignity, independence, individuality, choice, and privacy. It specializes in supporting adults with brain injuries and significant physical or cognitive impairment, tailoring care and accommodations to each resident’s abilities and needs.

The care team creates and implements individualized, person-centered care plans that consider residents’ medical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, along with family wishes. Services include nursing involvement, medication management and reminders, personal hygiene and grooming assistance, help with mobility and transfers, meals, housekeeping, errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pickup, and activities for stimulation and socialization.
