Holme

Holme is a home and property wellness assessment service that helps people understand the everyday environments where they live and stay. Its experts measure air, water, light, electromagnetic fields and materials, using professional instruments and laboratory testing. Assessments cover factors such as fine dust, carbon dioxide, mould spores, tap-water contaminants, lighting and flicker, electromagnetic signals, and potentially concerning substances in household products and furnishings.

After an in-person visit of around four hours, clients receive a detailed report, typically within about two weeks once laboratory results are available. Findings are explained in plain language, with readings compared against relevant limits and practical recommendations arranged in priority order. Holme also supports clients as they make improvements, from choosing filters and bulbs to consulting trusted local specialists.

The service is designed for homeowners, renters and prospective buyers, as well as hosts and boutique hotels seeking to share a measured property certificate with guests.
