FARO Insight

FARO Sphere XG is a cloud-based digital reality platform from FARO Insight, a business of AMETEK, designed to help construction, facility operations, and geospatial teams manage project and site information. Formerly known as HoloBuilder, the platform brings 360-degree photos, 3D point clouds, 3D design data, and other reality-capture files together in one environment. Users can capture or import data, organize it by time and location on floor plans, and access it remotely from internet-connected devices.

Sphere XG supports jobsite documentation and collaboration through tools for viewing, analyzing, and sharing project data. Teams can mark up images, add comments, share instructions, and compare installations with plans to monitor progress, identify deviations, and coordinate work. The platform also helps facility teams document assets and plan maintenance or renovations, while geospatial professionals can align scans with spatial data and share insights.
