Holos Terapi is a body- and consciousness-oriented practice founded by Jeanet Dahlin Christensen. Its approach draws on many years of experience and explores the connections between what the body expresses and what the mind seeks to understand. The aim is to support greater clarity, calm, self-understanding and a stronger connection with the body.
Holos has offered body-therapy treatments with time for clients to develop contact with their bodies, breathe freely and encourage a sense of flow, allowing stagnant energy to be released. The practice is grounded in a holistic, accessible and calm environment, with an emphasis on integrity, authenticity and the relationship between body and consciousness.
Holos remains active, but client sessions are currently paused while Jeanet and the practice take time to reflect and establish a new direction. This period is intended to allow that direction to develop naturally and sustainably.
