Holst Begravelser

Holst Begravelser is an independent local funeral service based in Tommerup, serving families throughout Funen, including Haarby, Assens, Faaborg, Ejby, Ringe and Svendborg. With 16 years of experience, the business provides personal, respectful support to people arranging a funeral or cremation. Its aim is to give families clarity and reassurance during a difficult time, while helping create a dignified farewell that reflects the wishes of the deceased and their loved ones.

Holst Begravelser can coordinate the practical arrangements, including choosing a coffin or urn, preparing the deceased, ordering flowers, contacting churches and public authorities, and arranging a death notice. The service also helps families apply for public funeral assistance and can advise on wishes recorded in “Min Sidste Vilje” (“My Last Wishes”). Families can discuss arrangements at home and receive guidance on prices and options. To offer extra support where children are grieving, Holst Begravelser provides the children’s book “Lille Ræv siger farvel” free of charge to families with children.
