Homebridge Alliance

Homebridge Alliance (HBA) helps organisations strengthen collective leadership and build lasting workplace cultures. Its approach starts from the view that performance and conduct challenges are not always caused by an individual; they can also arise from team relationships or organisational structures. HBA examines constraints across three levels: Self, covering individual judgement and capacity under pressure; We, covering how leadership teams work and make decisions; and System, covering the conditions that shape people’s actions. This helps align support with the actual source of difficulty rather than expecting a leader to compensate for a wider system problem.

HBA describes its work as a way to move beyond mechanistic interventions and co-design solutions that last in practice. Its REINA® architecture offers several ways into the work, including Signal, Trails, the Paths and Growth Axis™.
