ARC IBIZA

Home Cooked Heroes is an Ibiza-based recipe platform created during lockdown to help people bring the flavours of the island’s bars and restaurants into their own kitchens. The site gathers recipes from local chefs, mixologists and other food and drink professionals, celebrating the hospitality community and encouraging visitors to recreate its dishes at home. Its collection spans main courses, tapas, salads, sides, breakfasts, snacks and desserts, with recipes representing a range of cuisines and cooking styles.

Featured dishes include Ibicencan paella, miso salmon, baked cod with Ibiza-style aioli, charred asparagus salad and vegan pancakes. Recipe pages provide practical details such as preparation time and difficulty, alongside introductions to the contributing chefs and their culinary backgrounds. Home Cooked Heroes invites hospitality professionals to submit recipes for publication, giving them a platform to share their work and connect with home cooks.

With searchable recipes and categories organized by cuisine, method and type, the brand offers inspiration and guidance for cooking restaurant-style food at home
