FurnitureHallofFame is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the heritage of home furnishings pioneers and innovators. As an industry-wide organization, their mission is three-fold: honoring leaders, telling the story of the industry, and inspiring a new class of innovation and leadership. Established in 1988, the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame Foundation recognizes exceptional individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the U.
S. The annual Induction Celebration, held during the High Point Market, is a world-class event where three to five individuals are awarded the industry's highest honor: induction into the Hall of Fame. In addition to honoring leaders, the foundation gathers historical memorabilia and conducts oral interviews, preserving the industry's history.
Their new permanent home will feature informative exhibits about the industry's past and future and will serve as a gathering place to teach and inspire. Whether you're a member of the industry or a curious visitor, FurnitureHallofFame welcomes everyone to explore and appreciate the rich history and promising future of home furnishings
