CASA – Home of Her is a holistic wellness studio for women in Dortmund, created as a welcoming, protected space to pause, reconnect and care for themselves. Its name and philosophy are rooted in the founder’s family and the idea of building an inner sense of home: a place where women can feel supported, breathe freely and explore what they need. CASA brings together flowing, grounding yoga, transformative coaching and restorative massages, with natural essences and a community designed to encourage connection and self-discovery.

The studio also offers workshops, special events and CasaTalks, including talks and empowering or coaching sessions. Through movement, breath, presence and personal guidance, CASA aims to support women in nurturing their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Its approach recognizes the pressures of everyday life and seeks to help women regain energy, trust and a stronger connection with themselves.
