Homes

Homes by J. Anthony is a North Texas custom home builder founded by Tony Prutch, guided by the values of quality, vision, trust, and design. With more than 30 years of construction experience, the company creates individually designed homes through personalized service and close project management. Its in-house designer works with clients from initial concepts and floor plans through selections and construction, while regular communication touchpoints help keep each project on track.

The company builds luxury custom homes in Celina, Fairview, Heath, Lucas, Parker, and Prosper, including homes in communities such as Golden Ranches, Hendrick Estates, Pinnacle Estates, and Redbud Gardens. Its offerings include custom pools designed and built alongside new homes, as well as basement construction using the company’s foundation approach. Clients can explore model homes, virtual tours, galleries, and inventory homes, or choose to build on their own lot. Homes by J. Anthony also shares design guidance and information about its building process, financing, team, awards, and community philanthropy.
