Homespun Oasis

Welcome to Homespun Oasis, a vibrant brand founded by Millie Copper, dedicated to nurturing families through a lifestyle centered around whole, nutrient-dense foods. Established in 2009, Millie’s journey began with a commitment to healthier eating, inspired by the teachings of Weston A. Price. The brand emphasizes a lifestyle rather than a temporary diet, focusing on the benefits of unprocessed foods and practical cooking methods.

Homespun Oasis offers a variety of resources including meticulously crafted meal plans, recipes for no-cook meals, and guidance on homesteading and food storage, such as sourdough and sprouting techniques. Additionally, you'll find links to fiction writings and parenting insights, as well as a community newsletter filled with tips on preparedness and wholesome living.

With a mission to make real food accessible and budget-friendly, Homespun Oasis serves as a sanctuary for those seeking a sustainable and fulfilling approach to nourishment. Join Millie and her family as they explore delicious ways to live well and thrive amidst life’s challenges.
