Homewood

Homewood is a South African furniture brand creating handcrafted, made-to-order wood furniture designed for lasting comfort and character. Its collections include indoor and outdoor tables, chairs, benches and loungers, as well as furniture for bedrooms, offices, lounges, waiting rooms and entertaining spaces. Customers can customise pieces to suit their homes or projects, and the company also offers custom-made furniture, woven options and support for commercial, hospitality and corporate projects.

Homewood uses locally sourced, sustainably harvested hardwoods, including Cottonwood, River Red Gum, Blackwood and Sugar or Spotted Gum. The timber is recovered through the Working for Water Programme, which clears invasive trees, and its natural knots and variations are retained to celebrate each piece’s individuality. Production is carried out by local craftspeople, with an emphasis on training, employment and careful workmanship rather than speed. Homewood’s furniture is made to last, and the brand highlights its environmental and social commitments alongside its products. Customers can explore its ranges at showrooms, request a quote, and access buy-back and trade-in options.
