About Koninklijke Hondenbescherming
Koninklijke Hondenbescherming has been a champion for the rights and well-being of dogs in the Netherlands for over 100 years. As an organization, we offer advice to current and future dog owners, as well as to the government. Additionally, we provide a safe haven for older and vulnerable dogs.
Our work relies entirely on the generosity of our donors and sponsors. We offer various ways for individuals to get involved and make a difference. One of our upcoming events is the Honden voor Honden Loop taking place on Sunday, October 1st.
This enjoyable dog walk aims to raise funds for the care of elderly and vulnerable dogs. We also encourage individuals to consider including dogs in their wills, allowing their ideals to continue even after they're gone. Stay informed about dog-related news and our work by signing up for our newsletter, sent out 1-2 times per month.
