Honey Brie ATX

Honey Brie ATX is an Austin, Texas-based luxury grazing and event catering company founded by Susan Brannock in 2022. It creates food-centered experiences designed to bring people together, serving Austin and Central Texas and accepting select destination events. The business has grown from curated charcuterie boards to a broad offering for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private celebrations and other gatherings.

Its services include intimate grazing boards, bridal-suite spreads, corporate hospitality, interactive workshops, large-scale grazing installations, branded experiences and event catering. Honey Brie works with clients and event teams to shape menus and presentation around invitations, mood boards and brand briefs, with attention to details such as colors, florals, custom branding and thoughtful styling. The team handles sourcing, preparation, setup and event-day execution, tailoring each experience to the occasion and guest count.

Founder and creative director Susan leads planning and design, while co-owner Christian Brannock supports logistics and operations. Honey Brie has worked with nationally recognized brands, luxury retailers, universities and corporate teams, and has produced destination events in Tampa and Atlanta.
