HonoluluFishCo

Honolulu Fish Company, founded in 1995 by marine biologist Wayne Samiere, is a premier seafood distributor renowned for its commitment to quality and sustainability. Offering over 30 varieties of eco-friendly Pacific water fish, the company is dedicated to providing both chefs and consumers with high-grade seafood, including more than 14 species of sashimi-grade fish. Each fish is hand-selected and inspected in the Honolulu seafood market to ensure exceptional standards, with an emphasis on environmentally responsible fishing practices — no net fishing is used, and all fish are hook-caught and only harvested once they reach reproductive maturity.

Honolulu Fish Company prides itself on swift delivery, using custom packaging to keep seafood at optimal temperatures during shipping, ensuring that products arrive at homes and restaurant kitchens within 24 to 48 hours. With over two decades of experience, HFC has gained recognition in major food publications like The New York Times and appeared on national television programs like Iron Chef America.
