Honu

HONU is a sports and activity organisation focused on helping children and young people enjoy movement, develop skills and build confidence. Its experienced, energetic team runs swimming lessons, acrobatics classes and seasonal sports camps in a welcoming and safety-conscious environment. Swimming instruction is available for children, teenagers and adults, from initial confidence in the water through to improving swimming technique.

Acrobatics classes for children and young people support physical fitness, flexibility and coordination. HONU also organises summer and winter camps, combining physical activity, time together and new experiences during school holidays. The organisation describes its sessions and trips as opportunities for participants to learn, have fun and take part in sporting adventures.

Families can find information about the team, schedules, pricing, activities and enrolment through HONU’s website. The organisation publishes updates about classes, competitions, trips and camp arrangements. HONU is associated with Fundacja HONU and is based in Zabrze, Poland
